I went to take in my shoes for repair at key king and the young gentlemen there was very professional. He had a very good knowledge for repairing designer shoes and assured me nothing but excellence. I love my Valentino designer shoes and needed the repairs to be of high quality. He definetly delivered on his promise and made them more comfortable and like new when I first purchased them. The most amazing part of it was that it did not look like the shoe had been touched but more like when I first bought them in its original condition. I would recommend anyone with expensive designer shoes to put their trust into this guy as he is amazing and very knowledgable in his line of work. Thank you for your professional customer service you definetly went above and beyond for me.

Key king in the city is the best place to have your dry cleaning done-amazing service, super professional, always welcoming and friendly. Fast service and they will go out of their way to accommodate for any special requests . Lots of fun to even just have a chat!

I used their drop off laundry service while traveling and had a couple of shirts washed and pressed. Everything was ready in a few hours as promised. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shirts look great.

I have been going to this place a few times as it's close to work for me. The service is ok but the last time I went I lost my patience because the owner was careless about how he dealt with me maybe he was distracted because his kids were everywhere yelling in the shop. I can always hear a baby crying which makes me wonder where they keep it in a dry cleaning shop full of chemical fumes. He didn't care about the stains that were on my clothing and said he can have another go! Well if it wasn't good enough to give it back to the customer in the first place why didn't you have a go before giving it back. The itemes had a very strong chemical smell. I am not happy and not a very good experience.

Could not be happier. I have used Our Dry Cleaners for at least 4 years now, and have tried other places in between. While other places are okay, our Dry Cleaners do it better, faster and for a better price.

The two gents who run the place do so efficiently, effectively, and always with a smile. I've never once had a garment lost, or any mix ups. You get exactly what you pay for, and that's fast and professional service. I've even brought my old car remote in, to which the guys helped me out with some cheap little tricks, to get it working again, which actually worked! All for no charge might I add. Then when the other remote broke, they offered a soldering service, and recommended I park the car out the front and they'd help me reprogram (which you sometimes need to do when you take the battery out and muck around with the internals). Basically, what I'm saying is, you have a shop which just looks like any other dry cleaners, except you get much much more. Consummate professionals, who are down to earth. A lot of business can look to these guys to learn the diamond standard of customer service. I've moved to Googong, and still get all my clothes done through these guys. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
