Outback Jacks (Permanently Closed)

Previous management ran the restaurant and name into the ground. Could have been a great place to eat. Not sorry to see it gone. Might give the restaurant in the city ago to see if they can restore my faith in the brand.

Team of 8 for lunch during the week. We ordered beforehand. Got there & they didn't have our order. 1 hour for food. 3 people had had to leave already but HJs wouldn't cancel the order, even though we told them our time constraints before ordering and tried to cancel after 40 minutes. Vote with your feet by walking away from this place.

Absolutely over priced food. I even joined for loyalty $40 off coupon and I still wouldn't go back if it was free. Bad fatty ribs I don't recommend.

No air conditioning on a 34 degree day. forgetting prawns abd avocado on a Neptune steak, forgetting sauce on cheese bacon chips. Very unpleasant experience all round. Staff friendly, but doesn't make up for the many short commings.

I ordered delivery through EatNow so i cant comment on service.. but the wagyu steak i had was absolutely phenominal.. i had no idea a steak could taste that good. Obviously it was pretty expensive but i dont regret it for a second... Wouldn't have minded a second serving though but at $49 thought i probably shouldnt. 5/5 best meal ive had in months

We went there for a nice lunch. Staff were extremely friendly and nice but whoever manages needs to look at work practices and efficiency as it is currently not a well run franchise.

Very long wait times despite only 4 tables occupied. We only ordered a burger and salad and it took about 40 mins of waiting. Meanwhile, food was sitting there on the pass.

Food was of decent quality and quantity though when it did come out.

Finally, there was no coffee machine despite been open many months and having coffees on the menu.

The supposed 'all you can eat' ribs and wings is a joke. My friends and I had to approach the wait staff to ask for our second plates an hour after we finished the first. We ended up leaving because the second plate took too long and we couldn't stand to stay another minute. Every table in the restaurant (if you can call it that) was covered in dirty plates and wait staff couldn't seem to prioritise tasks. They failed to refill our table water after we requested and meals sat on the pass while staff walked past them. We requested a refund and were refused, given some bullshit excuse like 'we've been very busy' and barely an apology. When your customers leave from an 'all you can eat' restaurant to eat somewhere else, you know something is wrong.

Terrible. Had ''all you can eat'' ribs and waited over two hours for our second plate to arrive. Every table in the venue was filthy and wait staff were very inattentive. Will never go back
