Pacific Smiles Dental

I have been with Pacific Smiles for few years now. Today i had a root canal treatment done by Dr. Michael and I can't thank him enough for what he did. Real legend !

This place came highly recommended by family but I was disappointed. Upon arrival I was kept waiting nearly an hour over my appointment time and eventually was told that the instruments weren't ready for my appointment but I could have the check up part while I was waiting. At the end of this part of the appointment the instruments still weren't sterilised so I was told I would need to come back for another appointment for the cleaning... WTF? Bizarre. Turned up for my second appointment and once again was kept waiting for some time with no explanation for the delay - there was no one else in the waiting room with me so it can't have been a busy day. The services, once provided were adequate but the whole process of getting to the services was frustrating and time consuming. Gave an extra star because I wasn't out of pocket thanks to the no gap arrangement, originally I wanted to give one star. Don't bother if you have other options.

I have been here twice now and both times, everyone has been extremely friendly and efficient! Dr Lee is wonderful and a very caring dentist. They are also a no gaps dentist which means if you have private health cover, there is no gap to pay (hard to find in Canberra)! Wonderful service, highly recommend :)

I visited Pacific Smiles at Belconnen and I was greeted with a friendly smile by Yvonne, the receptionist. My experience overall was fantastic. Dr P. Dixit was very gentle and patient. This is my second visit and both times I have been very happy. I recommend Pacific Smiles at Belconnen very highly.

Dont book a 5:30 appointment!
I turned up 10 mins prior to my appointment time, and didnt get in to the appointment until 5:51pm. My appointment was concluded at 6:04. (Including Xrays)
The general check up I got was so rushed and painful it was ridiculous!
Never have I bled or hurt so much.
The whole experience was terrible.
I generally enjoy my 6 monthly clean but I will never be back. I moved from Sydney and it's actually WORTH me making the 7 hour return trip to avoid this again.

My visit was a very pleasant experience and Dr Patel made it very confortable. When I entered the surgery I got good vibes and was greeted with a smile. I recommend Pacific Smiles to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. I will certainly be returning. Thank you
