This dentistry is the worst place my wife and I have ever experienced. Surely enough they have friendly receptionists to reel you in and empty spots to book you in the next day, but the dentists are poorly skilled.

My wife and I booked our scale and clean to be done around the same time and were treated by two separate dentists. Both dentists were super rough, and left us with highly sensitive teeth and our gums pushed all the way down creating huge gaps and exposing too much teeth almost down to the root level. it has been six months since our clean there and hardly any of our gums have grown back making us look like freaks.

So thank you very much pacific smiles for making two very unhappy customers. Never will we ever trust your service again.

My dental visit was a a very pleasant experience. The front desk was friendly and helpful. My dentist, Dr Lim MY was the most gentle, courteous and thorough dentist I have ever seen. She knew what needed to be done and provide helpful education on my following steps and oral care. She would be one of my best recommendations.

Fantastic Service! Not only was I squeezed in at the last minute the receptionist Kathryn was very polite and professional both on the phone and in person and my dentist Madha(?) Was very informative and friendly, she took the time to explain in detail what was needed and listened to and answered all questions I had. I won't go anywhere else but here from now on. Highly recommend.
