Staff are always very helpful. Some staff know more about some topics than others, so it's good to speak to as many of the staff as possible to get great advice :)
Products are great and they will pricematch.
I'm seeing some negative reviews that refer to this place as a "camping store" with overpriced stock. This is completely wrong. This is an outdoor adventure store oriented towards hikers, climbers, nackcountry skiers etc. It is NOT marketed towards stationary vehicle based camping, therefore the products are more specialized and as such they can be more expensive.

Good range of gear but like most camping stores these days too much expensive 'fashionable' outdoor gear.

The staffs here really understand abiut the products and what is suitable with you.

We did lots of research on buying a new tent. Runah from the Braddon store was super helpful and let us set up the tent instore to get an idea of size. Although we weren't purchasing that day, he was very helpful but not pushy. We returned 2 weeks later to make the purchase, and the team were happy to price-match a cheaper price we found online. I'm currently looking at a new sleeping bag so will definitely be returning!

The staff are always very helpful. The gear is pricey, but it's also the best quality in town. Would recommend.

The staff at Paddy Pallin are really helpful. Their range is reasonable and the staff know the her well enough to tell you where you're wasting your money and should just get the cheap option!
