Patiala House Indian Cuisine (Permanently Closed)

Couldn't be bothered to give us a menu after five minutes of waiting and hadn't turned on the heater in the middle of winter. There was literally one other person who had finished with their meal. Menu is one page with the Indian basics. Would not try again.

The food was nice, two stars based solely on the wait time. From ordering to receiving our main dish was just under two hours for only three people. Went for an early dinner with intentions of catching a movie at the cinema and ended up missing it.

The only positive is that the butter chicken was yummy and the cheesy naan can be good too... If you're lucky (some times there's NO taste of cheese). The food is inconsistent and our order is wrong EVERY time! If we ask for mild we get the extreme opposite... Or something is left out. I have given up with these guys... You have lost a customer, sorry. Up your game with customer service and start taking close note of your customer's orders! And I don't believe this is front of houses' problem as they have always been lovely. It's the man looking over their shoulder watching every move... Without a smile night I add.

Butter chicken and tandoori.chicken were yummy. I like how they don't use too much coloring, compared to other Indian restaurants. The flavors are authentic and yummy and have ordered from here many times. Highly recommend. Don't confuse them with the previous Indian restaurant at the same location. These guys are new management and way better.
