Worst experience in my entire lifetime. No-one has ever been so unashamed for their dirty doings, rude nature, inefficiency and unreliability. Especially ALEC BROWN, I can't believe this firm is still running. The whole experience was disgusting. I just hope people learn from our experience

The most unprofessional and incapable agency I ever had to deal with. Their agents are never available on the phone, they take weeks to respond to emails and it takes them months to organise the most basic maintenance. They have no problem charging twice as much as others though..

Worst real estate i have ever dealt with . Not only has it taken nearly 5 weeks to get my bond back ( still havent got it ) i have had to deal with 3 different people during my tenancy . When i send an email it takes days for them to get back to me and only do so when i start my email with " once again you have not replied to my email " .
Full of excuses and bad customer service . I would not advise renting or putting an investment property through them at all .

Bad experience and cant believe that they won any awards to date. Will not use use their services in future, not for managing or selling any of our properties.
