Steer clear. Save you money and go to another company. Their finishes are questionable, their customer service is negligible and they will try blame their mistakes and/or shortcomings on the clients. Shame shame shame.

I rarely give 5 stars because it doesn't leave room for possibly encountering better one day. In this case, I'm sure there is no better. My kitchen is not only gorgeous, but functionally wonderful. Brian, who worked with my husband and I through the whole process, was fantastic. He was considerate of our needs the whole process through and dealt with my nagging and pestering and changing my mind (I can be a pain in the backside) beautifully and graciously. I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen and after less than a fortnight of having it done I am already boring my family and friends with this news. Thank you heaps to Brian and the rest of the team at Pioneer. You all rock!
