Pizza Hut Mawson

Doesn't taste good..Dominos is the best

Pizza was so fresh and seemed much less greasy compared to dominos. Almost didn't go here due to bad rating but it was excellent. Very clean shop too

ordered 3 pizzas and sides for delivery on a sunday night. from mawson to rivett - took a bit over 40 minutes - which was fine as this was expected.
pizza arrived stone cold - also they for got one side dish - was advised to call the store so they can send another driver with my missing side.
called the store - it was impossible to understand that mumbling and super fast speaking foreign person that answered the phone.
however - i still stated that they forgot a side and that my pizzas were cold. - was told that someone will come out and bring me my side in 20 minutes (i think that was said, as i did not dare to ask again, because that person already sounded very annoyed)
an hour later my side finally turned up with a free drink ... did not solve my cold pizza problem tho ...
after sending a complaints email - i got contacted by the store - and suddenly that impossible to understand person from before actually made an effort to speak slow and clearly - offered me free pizza for my next order ....
will not order there again.
the driver was very nice and tried to help as much as possible, i understand it was not his fault that the store manager is not trained at all in customer service.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 11 in the morning. Took nearly 2 hours to deliver from mawson to Stirling for 3 pizzas. Called twice said it'll be 20 minutes and 30 minutes later still another 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Got abused by the guy at pizza hut basically blaming us for it being late.

Rude, barely able to grasp the English language, refusal to refund after charging for a product they cannot provide.

Disgusting service waited more than 25 minutes for 2 pizza only to find out that they did not see the order

it was bad experience, waiting for more than 40 min for pizza. back to dominos
