Warranty doesn't cover wear and tear. Couch leather sub standard and therefore won't last more than 4 years. Now watch Plush flood my comment with fake 5 star reviews to keep there average star rating up. So obvious guys. hahhahahahaha!!!!

Plush is the only place to go for fantastic lounges.They gave a great choice and the staff are all friendly helpful and knowledgable.Amber was great ,we wanted a modular and she drew every configaration with all the measurements and prices for us
There was no pressure to buy and she explained all about the insurance and fabric protection.

Couches look great in the beginning but don't expect much durability from the low quality leather. My couch lasted 4 years before throwing away.

The staff are super friendly and there are some nice sofas that are on my wishlist. Love the Snuggles and the gorgeous velvet fabric lounge!

Customisation options for the sofas are fantastic and showroom staff were super helpful in explaining the process. Looking forward to having my new Zara delivered soon!

Looking for a new lounge suite, something to support and relax in, while providing the support my body needs. Nice display of furniture and accessories.

Great staff in store, we were shown plenty of options to configure sofas for our required space. Down side was delivery, they did say 10weeks lead time but was just over 11weeks. When couches were delivered the men were great, they put on the sofa legs, placed where I wanted them, all while taking care and leaving all packaging on till completed and then even taking all the packaging with them unlike other leading store. Highly recommend them and will defineatly use them again in the future.
