The best dental clinic in Canberra with friendly and caring attitude by Dentists Poornima and Nagesh. Supporting staff are very nice too.

Great! Needed a quick replacement filling and that's what I got! Managed to get in the same day I booked. Quick, efficient and professional. I am happy with it all! Well deserving of all these happy reviews.

I hate to be the first one to not give this place 5 stars, but I have to be honest. It's a good dental practice and my dentist, Dr Poornima Nayak, made me feel very comfortable. However, it's 3 stars from me because I've always had to wait every time I've been there. It's just too busy. Additionally, on two occasions, the dentist was seeing me and another person at the same time, and so it felt impersonal that she would rush in and out.
Overall, good dental practice, but not the best I've ever experienced. I'm still a new patient, so I'll be updating this review again after a few more visits.

Been terrified of dentists since a few bad experiences as a child—never went for any dental procedure alone, always with someone to simply be there with me to hold my shaking hand. That bad.
But a few years back, Dr. Nagesh Chakka changed all this. Positive Dental Health's professional and superb treatment and care gave me the confidence, courage, and trust to do everything needed to maintain dental health. The team, with Dr. Poornima Nayak, provide excellent service to patients. The practice has wonderful support and administrative staff: professional, kind, friendly, competent and pleasant.
Recently had a dental extraction/implant by Dr. Chakka. I can't believe it: healing was without soreness or swelling, virtually painless, truly amazing for me.
I have recommended this practice to all my family members and friends, and would recommend it to anyone who is after top-notch, five-star professional service.

I have always been concerned, tbh petrified of dentists for years, which in turn made me neglect my teeth lol......it has been Dr Nagesh's professional approach and wonderful work, with his calm, reassuring attitude that had put me to ease and where now I keep on looking forward to the next appointment.
The staff are an amazing and considerate bunch of people, who make you feel welcome and the professionalism is second to none!

I have very sensitive teeth and also needed an implant supported crown. I transferred to Positive Dental on a the recommendation of a friend and I can attest to the skills and professionalism of the dentists at this practice.
I have been very impressed at the quality of service provided.

I've always had a bit of a fear of going to dentists, so I went looking for one with great reviews which lead me here. Having now been a few times I can say that the 5 star rating is 100% appropriate. All staff are polite, nice and skilled, no problems and well priced services. As someone who normally puts off dentist trips I can say that I'll be getting regular checkups from now on.
