Roadworthy done on a bike I was about to purchase showed that the chain and sprockets were in 'good condition' and that there were no immediate issues. The bike started having issues only a few hours later. The actual professionals at CMC looked over the bike and commented that the chain and sprockets needed immediate replacing as they could come off at any second, as well as there being a few other minor issues that were left out on the previous report. When confronted about this completely inaccurate report, the manager of Premier Automotive dealt with the issues by telling the mechanic he 'needed to do a better job and pay more attention' while instead choosing to have a go at me over the phone. So much for reliable service, wouldn't trust them with a bicycle.

Always so happy with the service I receive from these guys. They never lie about what you need, or try and exaggerate circumstances in order to sell you more parts. The labor is always done with care, and they quality control all their work. They also never undertake work without consulting you first - so you know what is being done to your car, as well as he expected price. I tell everyone I know to go here :)

Honest, helpful and informative. I was given a lot of information about what to look for when shopping for a used car, and even recommended a car that they don't have simply because it would genuinely be a better fit for my needs. I would send all my friends to Premier Automotive.
