Fundamentally I provide our clients with in depth unbiased inspections covering business administration, food service and accommodation operations & facilities many of which will include restaurant, accommodation, swimming pools, spas & fitness centres. In affect my inspections thoroughly evaluate all pieces of furniture, fixtures and surfaces that can be either viewed and touched by a guest.

In addition the findings via my inspections may identify the provision of procedural staff training would effectively address issues identified, having impact on levels of presentation, guests impressions, workplace health & safety, operational cost effectiveness & bottom line business profitability.
