The pre sales service was very good. They ordered the correct products for my vehicle in quite quickly.
Where the relationship turned was three months later, when I had a problem with the awning I had purchased. I was told on the phone, before they even had a look at it, that I had broken it myself. They refused to even approach the distributor about my problem. After saying that they "had never had a single problem before" as a "favour" they pulled parts off a faulty one they had laying around.
They made it clear that if I had a problem in the future, that I shouldn't call them.

The measure of a business is not how they act when everything is going well, but how they act when things don't go as expected. In this they failed horribly.
