Terrible place. If this is the future of socialised medicine, forget it! It felt like being in a communist dictatorship. The queues were long, the reception rude, the rates high, and there is a cavalier disregard about wasting the client's time (no appointments!) The waiting room is like a circus, and when you get out 2 hours later, you will have almost certainly caught something you did not have when you walked in!

Terrible Service. The receptionists refuse to allow you to speak to a docter, either on the phone or in person, unless you pay the non-refundable consult fee and join the queue in person. A personal bad experience: I received a phone message from the doctor about a blood test. When I called back, the receptionists refused to let me speak to my doctor on the phone at all, nor to leave a message for him. It was like talking to a robot. In the end I paid the fee again and saw the docter - and guess what, his message had been that the test was not back yet! So the center gets paid $75 to tell you your test result is not back. While I understand that a doctor's time is valuable, these disgusting tactics just prey on the minds of the sick to squeeze money from them. I would not go back again. The doctors themselves seem courteous and professional, but it's not worth the brick wall you have to get through to see/talk to them each time.

Revolting service - horrible place. You have to pay just to join the disgustingly long queue before you even get to see a doctor - no refunds if you leave but they keep this hidden. This place is a total rip off plus they are dishonest preying on people at their most vulnerable. Don't go there - you may as well wait at casulty ... at least it's free to wait there and you'd probably be seen quicker.
