The company now operates in a number of geographic regions but is now primarily focused on Asia where it has a substantial footprint in Phuket, Koh Samui, Bangkok and Bali. It's clients include large hotel chains, as well as tour operators such as Flight Centre and Ignite Travel. The company also consults with airline companies and is currently assisting several regional airlines with their loyalty strategies.
