Typed into Google Pushys Fyshwick, Google came up with the address and web site clicked on web site to check stuff out. Rang store to see if they had the tyres that I was looking for in stock they did, then they told me the price which was $40 dearer then the web site. I asked why it was dearer then the web the person on the phone told me that the store was a different company to the web site. This is very misleading and for that fact I will not be shopping with either one of these so called separate companies.

Fast service, great prices, friendly staff. Will be a return customer.

Great customer service and support even if you're not local (I'm in WA). Had a warranty claim and they kept me updated all the way. Now I'm back on the road!

I was sent round the rodeo looking for a hardtail, other shops in Canberra would show you their online catalogs or try adjust my 'needs' to something they actually had stock in! :(
Heading to Pushys was a relief, they had a number of different bikes in my size and price range. Ben helped me out, let me test ride the bike before settling and was incredibility knowledgeable on what I was getting. He seemed really quite passionate about what he was doing, was interested in the type of riding I planned to do with the new bike and made me feel quite comfortable having a detailed look at the bike. Hmm let me think - ok, first experience with Pushy's - highly priced and arrogant staff. Second experience, nearly rammed off the road
by one of their drivers today in their huge van. It's raining, I had my young daughter in my much smaller car and the driver tailgates me (while I'm doing the speed limit -in the wet) and then when it comes to ''form one lane'', with me in front, he then speeds up to try to overtake! Beyond dangerous driving! Cant imagine what it would be like to be a cyclist around this hoon. I'd give no stars, but you have to put at least one to be able to post.

Worst workshop/repair service ive experienced at a bike shop in Canberra. Told numerous lies and given the run-around for 2 weeks until someone sorted the issue.

Really awesome store! Staff is really friendly and kind, and also gives honest opinions and does not lie about the product. This store is BY FAR the best bike/scooter store in Canberra. Always stocking up and always have what you want. They have the best bike brands to the really good scooters. Nice and durable mountain and BMX bikes, with price worthy materials. I would highly recommend going to Pushys Bike Store here if your ever in need of bikes or scooters. They mainly sell bikes, but they still have a good stock of scooters. I'd have to rate this 5 stars, because this is my go to store! Great Job Pushys!

Ripped Off...
Bought a Giant earlier in the year and the detailer broke while riding. Took it back for warranty repair and they said the gear is not included. Main shop quoted $30 dollars to fix...walked the bike to their repair shop out the back and they did it in a jiffy...I was impressed with the spred of service...BUT...they charged me $100... for one small little part being replaced..
Went back into the main shop to complain and all I hear was crickets... it is a shame... a real shame.. I will not be back. Ever...
