Raw Sugar 2 Café (Permanently Closed)

All I ever need is a coffee in the morning, tried a few times and always received the same poor service. Slow, lazy, no smiles or casual conversation, just the order being taken and the less than average coffee being handed over. Haven't bothered trying the food, appears overpriced and the lack of customer service (even as a witness to other customers) put me off. Will get my coffee elsewhere.

WORST experience ever!!! I went to the shop around 9.45am and ordered a cappuccino, a cheesecake, egg benedict with bacon and big breakfast for $44. After 20mins my coffee came and 15mins after I finished coffee the cake was served! My husband got his meal 40mins after ordering that served burnt bacon, rock-hard sourdough and overcooked deep-fried sausages!! He barely finished the plate because of its poor quality. Yet, my dish hadn't arrived. It's almost an hour so I asked for take away and when I opened the box, honestly it looked like a dog food! I was really disappointed with quality of food and service. If the shop was busy, I would understand but it wasn't busy at all. Staff should at least explain why it took them so long to serve and apologise but rather they just ignored you. I didn't have all day to wait. I mean hello..I ordered breakfast NOT lunch! The shop was also untidy. Coffee cups, saucers and cutlery were dirty. Staff were ungroomed and in poor personal hygiene. No wonder why they couldn't provide a good quality service! By walking pass the shop you won't realise how bad it is until you sit there and try it. It is the worst cafe ever!! Not worth money and time! Highly and strongly not recommended!!

Been waiting for more than 50mins for my big breakfast...And it was unpresent

The service was terrible. Tables had not been cleared. Had to request a glass and ice for a coke. The coke was warm, the cappuccinos were cold and the final part of our order was very very slow - it was only a flat white! Not recommended.

Coffee cold. Cold drinks were warm.

Service is good enough, restaurant area & tables are small and cramped and food is awful.

Location isn't enough to save this abhorrent mess of a café. Staff are nice enough but the wait was unacceptable and simple iced coffee was destroyed. If I ask for Soy, I don't want to see full cream dairy ice cream on top. Lastly and I cannot believe that I have to point this out, an iced coffee, generally should be cold, not warm as a spa bath.

when they changed the menu, everything is much better. they randomly offer special deals which between 10% - 15% off. Staff working in the mall can also get 10% off as well.
