Even though we were early to pick up the car we got fantastic service from Gus. A good sense of humour even though he lives Northside :) Will definitely be booking with Redspot again. Wonderful clean and tidy car and the whole process was just so easy!

250$ fee because im driving tmand dropping off in syd. Do not do one way trips will cost you more than the car. Now i dont have a coice but to pay because it to late to book anything else

Staff were helpful enough at the time that I collected the vehicle. As I left the airport I noticed that the fuel gauge was not indicating a completely full tank. Not knowing if that was just a gauge problem I used the vehicle over the next two days and filled it with fuel just before returning it. After filling I noticed that the gauge had come up to the full mark, so the car had been supplied to me by Redspot without a completely full tank. I tried to discuss this witha person in the Redspot airport office at 5.15pm on one day and also at 8.05am the following morning but no-one from Redspot was manning the desk which was very annoying. Dont like hire companies that release their vehicles without full tanks of gas then expect their customers to return them full.

Very impressed. Needed last minute hire car, booked online and sent through an enquiry after hours, had a response instantly.
The guys at the store front were also very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I was a little wary because their price was so much better than the rest, but the service was great. Had a near new, clean car, with no problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a petrol station right near the airport so you can refuel just before you return the car.

Best service you can ever receive from car rentals.
