Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take trade ins of non working appliances and are pretty much on par with what you'd find on fine but you also get a warranty.

This was the first time a repair company has given me a time they will turn up instead of a "we'll be there on Tuesday" kind of thing. AND! He turned up within that time slot. How good is that!

Bought a fridge from these guys in 2014. As of May 2017 it's still going strong. Pleased 😁

We should have listened to the reviews in Google.

We got a Samsung Washing Machine from them to replace our well-loved Electrolux Washing Machine - which albeit second-hand, worked properly until its untimely demise. They said the trade-in would give us $50. But they are charging $50 for transport as well.

When the Samsung Washing Machine was delivered, it was not working! They came the next day to fix it. Upon inspecting, the inside was filthy - the soap drawer and the drum. When we tried to work the machine empty, it had loud chugging noises coming from it. It expelled a huge amount of crap! And I am not even exaggerating! We tried putting a load in, and it took ages to finish - a 1 hour wash took almost 3 hours! Again, huge loads of crap was still coming out of the drain pipe and the washing machine was not working properly. We decided to just get a refund for it which they agreed to.

They only agreed to give back the amount minus $50 though. When we asked why, they said it was to cover the transport and they were giving a discount already and charging $50! How it is a discount when we are paying $100??

This experience taught us to really listen to reviews. We ended up just getting a brand new washing machine - mind you there was no delivery fee charged for it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Wish I'd read these reviews before throwing away my hard-earned money! I asked for their BEST machine. Told "THIS Hoover!". It failed after two weeks. Burning smell, flooding, no spinning. Refund refused. Given option of replacement or repair only. Chose replacement. Second machine delivered, and it also failed, this time within a week. Does not wash or spin. Even worse! They ignored my official Letter of Demand as required by law when seeking a resolution. No communication from the owner, only abuse from his staff. No refund. Only greed from this awful business. They did manage to tell me that SO many people change their minds after a few weeks and so they do not give refunds for that reason. WOW. Go buy a new machine folks. It's NOT worth the trouble with these dodgy people. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
UPDATE 22/9/2016: Refund refused. Will now be going to Small Claims Court where I will provide text message evidence, video evidence of machine not working, and phone records showing there has been no contact from the owner offering any type of remedy after my Letter of Demand was sent following failure of second machine. He only ever spoke to me about first failed machine. AVOID AVOID AVOID PS Still wondering how much they managed to sell my trade-in for - it only needed new shock absorbers - big 9.5 kg immaculate exterior and drum. They gave me nothing for it so I am severely out of pocket here. $325 for two dud machines, and the value of my trade-in not to mention the emotional stress of this nightmare.

Bought a fridge and washing machine about 10 months ago. House flooded within 1 week from the washing machine overflowing. They came to fix it, luckily for me I didn't trust them! I had the the same problem within another week but caught it in time before my house flooded again . They came to fix it again, after the third time it stoped working I gave up. I should have spent 700 dollars on a new machine straight away instead of 250 on a dodgy second-hand one and a further 500 dollars to dry my house out! Now my fridge sounds like a jack hammer and is not working properly. Thanks Manhos, for teaching me a valued lesson :)

I had an issue with my washing machine and needed it fixed asap. I was told it would take a week to even look at it from another company, called these guys and they organised for it to be picked up that afternoon, gave me a price estimate and it got sorted very quickly.

Friendly service and gave me confidence I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend to friends.
