Poor service and staff . would never vist that story again

Manager was unhelpful and wouldnt listen to what i asked for on multiple occasions.. however the other staff there are exceptionally helpful

The staff do try but Repco has lost its way. Their branded tools are junk, if you wanted a real car part like say a temperature gauge - bad luck. Lots of car cleaning products, Eskys, and the like. Most likely they can order anything but not much stocked.

The guy I spoke to here was really helpful. Better price than super cheap next door

Not sure about the rest as I have no experience with them but David there is absolutely top notch! Was recommended to us by our excellent mechanic as we have rare imported and vintage cars and we have trouble finding parts. Happy to drive to the other side of ACT now to get parts for any of our cars from David as he is always helpful, super efficient and has a prodigious knowledge of cars and their parts. Absolutely brilliant!

I was told they had one of the part I needed in stock, but when I drove there they couldn't find it. Went to Repco a few suburbs over and they had it - but when I tried to fit it found out it was the part for the model before mine. Very frustrating.

I had a battery failure and they did not even wanted to lent me a spanner to remove the battery so that I could purchase a new battery from them to get me going! And this after I spent on average $80 000.00 a year over eight years with them!!

Three staff working evening 28/9/17, no other customers but me in the store. When offered help, I let the male shop assistant know what I was after (I knew serial number of the brake light I needed) and he looked at me like I was insane and said "that means nothing to me". I then told him the make and model of my car and he just walked off.

Another staff member walked straight up after that and found the globe I needed in about five seconds. I think he was embarrassed by the rudeness of the other guy.

11/09/2017 - Parts section staff was very rude and unhelpful. Maybe becoz i bothered him with his playing time on his mobile phone by asking for assistance with a car part I need. Did not even bother checking his PC if there was stock. I was given the 'you shouldn't be here' treatment. I guess I shouldn't have. Thanks Repco, i should have read these previous comments and avoided such experience.

In 2017 shops should not smell of cigarette smoke. Most ght be cold outside, but that is where the smokers belong.

I went in looking for parts, i was given the wrong part. The employees were very unhelpful and rude, the cashier girl was lovely although. I was really disappointed in the customer service.

Went for a globe, had some difficulty fitting the Repco brand headlight globe in my car, spoke with the staff at the parts (Saturday 6/5/17 around 1pm). One staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. Kept saying the globe housing in my car must have the problem and that I should take it to the dealer or from Supercheap Auto across from them even though i had a repco headlight. I ended up buying from Supercheap auto across them and the globe fitted nicely.

I have found some really good deals here, 65% off a jack and 70% off a charger. Keep and eye open for sick deals!

Otherwise parts are pretty standard for a car store, they do have a wide selection of spanners and sockets however.

The managers specials can be really good here, just have a squiz on the tables. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needed a new globe for my car. Chose one that matched the description provided in my owner's manual. A staff member offered to check their database and told me I had the wrong globe. For some stupid reason I trusted the staff member and now I have to go back tomorrow to get the right globe (which was the one I had originally selected).
