I stood at their store for a good five minutes in the hope that one of the staff members would acknowledge my existence, however she just ignored me and continued talking on the phone.

Atrocious customer service. Partner bought a pair of boots for my birthday, which were the wrong size. I obviously tried them on for size and wore them for 10 seconds on carpet. Dropped off shoes for exchange and straight up angry disposition from girl behind counter who then proceeded to examine shoes and exclaimed the leather was crumpled from wear. Patience pretty thin at this stage so I said you must have sold my partner crumpled shoes. Moved on to exchange phase and this person could not be more useless and passively aggresive. I went in with the aim of ordering another pair of shoes. I will not give this store my business and will instead go elsewhere. Such a shame.
