My car an exhaust issue. Called in the morning & it wasn't a problem at all for them to fit the car in for a look underneath the very same day, at short notice, to which they then happily helped sort the issue out and no dent to the hip pocket.

Been a while since I've come across that kind of service. Reminds me of country mechanics from about 30 years ago.
