Went to look at certified used BMWs as we needed a second car.
Guy was difficult to deal with, did not get back to me and stated he would not bring in another car from another BMW dealer if I found one interstate. I asked about a vehicle in Melbourne that matched what I wanted and he wouldnt even ring the BMW dealer to see if a deal could be done. It wasnt worth his time apparently.
I was ready to buy. He was not ready to sell.
Polite fast and efficient service, even washed my car. Excellent.
