I recently purchased a Honda Jazz 1.5L Auto through Mr Khan at your dealership. There was a delay in my ability to purchase the car due to circumstances beyond my control however Mr Khan’s calm approach helped quell some of the anxiety I felt. I love my CR-V Honda and I tell my husband nearly every day – I love my car. More recently I drove from Canberra to Sydney and used the cruise control and I enjoyed my experience. Me and my work colleagues that drive Honda’s always try and park together because we trust each other to look after the Honda’s and we do not want to experience any body damage from careless owners that drive other models.

Overall an excellent experience. I didn’t feel pushed into it at all – I felt as though the car sold itself, and the salesperson was there to answer my questions. Price negotiations were excellent – Rolfe was prepared to go out of their way, and to offer a good price. They introduced me to a range of different products, and if I didn’t want them, they didn’t push them (which is a rare, but excellent quality!). Overall I was highly satisfied, and certainly left feeling as though I would stick with Honda, and continue to go to Rolfe when I want to upgrade, or get the car serviced. This was my first ever Honda, and my first ever brand new car. I walked into the dealership after being neglected by FORD, Mitsubishi and Toyota dealerships, due to my appearance I believe. However at Rolfe Honda the salespeople were the only ones who greeted me, they introduced themselves and was keen to show me several vehicles without asking my price range. With this I was impressed, as they did not judge me on my appearances. The salesman was new to the job, and appeared a little nervous, however he displayed a professional and courteous manner at all times, and not once did he forget my name, which was common at the other 3 competitors big dealers, which to me means lack of interest. I am however still awaiting a Rolfe gift promised as part of a promotion, which is an in car medical kit. I inquired about the expected delivery of this and was advised that I would receive a call when the medical kits arrive. I am patiently awaiting this unique Rolfe Honda gift. Overall my first new car experience was a memorable one, and I am very, very, very happy with my new Car, which I have name Heidi Honda :). The car is so easy to drive, that I am convinced that my wife will finally decide to learn to drive, she is 47 years and has never had a motor car license

Attention to the individual is very good.

They are rude to customers. Enrico Thomas is extremely rude, he is one of the salesman. do not buy anything from Rolfe Honda.
Also, if you take your car for service, be ready for fingerprints all over your car, especially interior.
