Rolfe Motors Chrysler Jeep Dodge

took Chrysler in to get battery replaced, thought genuine parts etc, but they put in a dodgy brand el cheapo battery instead but still charged $180.

Cheap battery stuffed up 5 months later when in Victoria. Took dodgy battery back to Rolfe and asked for refund.

Was told their system cannot handle refunds best they could do was another (dodgy brand) replacement. Said I did not need another battery as had had to put new one in Victoria and asked for credit to my card, still had receipt. Told again their new system could not handle refunds.

Decided not worth argument and walked out with replacement dodgy brand battery.

Bought next new Chrysler from Sydney, dealer asked why didn't buy in Canberra, said no customer skills and other stuff, dealer said he had heard similar from the other Canberra customers who bought Chryslers from him rather than rolfe.

never again, would rather a trip up to Sydney if there ever has to be work than can only be done by a dealer.

bought kids cars elsewhere too, how could you ever deal with a place with that sort of attitude.

Always helpful and friendly. My wrangler is fantastic and the team at Rolfe made it easy for me.

Our Salesman was Tom Hirst, not enough words to describe how Tom and all his other colleagues were all number 1 in customer satisfaction. We now own a Jeep trailhawk and we could not be happier, it's a gem, it far exceeded our expectations of what this vehicle could do.
