For the Price's you think you can charge,,shame on you and for your discrateful San choy bow and cold fried rice ,we defiantly won't be back,should have gone to Jimmy's place ,

Excellent array of dishes on the menu, friendly staff and reasonable prices make this my no.1 pick of asian style restaurants in australia. The chillii lobster is hands down my favourite dish in any restaurant.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The meals we had were nice but not amazing, however it was nice to see such a large selection of dishes on the menu some of which were different to the 'standard Chinese dishes'. I would be happy to go back again.

I was absolutely appalled by the management customer service I witnessed tonight. Having waited at the reception for service for nearly 10mins behind a family I watched as the manager of the store deal with the wife in an incredibly dismissive tone, not knowing which table the bill was on and midway through leaving the conversation. Not only that but when questioned about the price the manager said 'Public surcharge buddy'. The manager was dressed like some high school social, shirt untucked and one size too big. My family and I are frequent diners and after tonight we will never be returning.

High prices, not worth it and service either can't speak English or are rude at table. We are of Chinese Background and we cannot fathom lowering customer service standards for a Chinese restaurant.

Absolute garbage, management should be ashamed that they're disgraced an establishment like Ruby's that the previous owners built up
