Worst Restaurant in Canberra when it comes to service..Was there once and never have i returned..have asked all my friends as well to give this a miss..The staff at the counter (guess the owner) is pretty rude..

We have visited this place a few times for their yummy dosas, however during our last visit we tried chicken tikka. The tikka arrived within a couple of minutes post order. Most probably it was reheated in a microwave. To add to our horror, it was uncooked and raw from inside. When we reported it, the tall mid aged waitor, he wasn't even apologetic about it. Even though we really love their dosas, their service has put us off that place forever.

Visited once ordered paneer tikka and the paneer was hard not fresh complained about it but they didn't bother. So never visited again. Not worth the money.

Good food. Excellent taste, take it from an Indian.. Though the service could do with a bump up!! The staff could be a wee bit enthusiastic.

Nice food and friendly staff. Forgot part of our order when delivering to our home but kindly dropped it by about ten minutes later after calling to let them know.

Finally zillion spices away from India this place got my deserted taste-buds some life.
This place is amazing. It has, without a doubt, set a high benchmark for service and food in my mind. The good thing about this restaurant is its service unlike other Indian restaurants. The best dishes are butter chicken, Kerala chicken, yummy toondari chicken & many more. I have had in my life, so tender and well-cooked a great place to be with family or friends if you plan to hog and hog.
The food quality and taste has been consistent ever since it started. Which is a big plus, otherwise most places have good taste and quality in the beginning, but later it deteriorates. I have been very impressed with the quality of service and food delivered at “Ruchi”. The staff is very hospitable and on their toes to cater to the needs of the customers.
Good family place,Biryani is really outstanding. Have been here many times and hope to enjoy more! Superb service, clean environment level taken into good account by the owner. I would recommend this restaurant any day as one gets more than one’s money is worth

I have been visiting Ruchi's for the past 9 years and every time I have been here its been a delightful experience right from entering the cuisine we are welcomed by some traditional south indian sarees artefacts with a touch of old indian music playing at the background reflects the great ambience ruchi got to offer. Coming to the menu I have almost tried every dish but I would single out the the dosas, thalis & the chicken 65 the best among the lot. Not to forget the Naan bread here is thin, fluffy & fresh. The hotel staff are really friendly, offer a pleasant dining experience and its always good to have staff who knows what ingredients the dishes are made off as it allows me to try new dishes every time I visit this place. I would highly recommend visiting ruchis.

After a long time had a great breakfast remembering my mothers cooking in my country, Mysore masala dosai is one of best food i ever had in Australia
