Run Leap Roll Description

Whatever your fitness goal is, Run Leap Roll will help you achieve it.
We offer a mobile training service that comes to your home, work, or any other area of your choosing to save you time.

[Parkour Classes]
Monday: PCYC Erindale, 4: 00pm - 5: 00pm.

Wednesday: Margaret Timpson Park, Belconnen, 4: 00pm - 5: 15pm.

Friday: PCYC Erindale, 4: 00pm - 5: 15pm.

Saturday: Margaret Timpson Park, Belconnen, 12: 00pm - 1: 45pm Adults 16y + / 2: 00pm - 3: 15pm Children 6y-15y.

Sunday: 12: 00pm - 1: 45pm Adults 16y + / 2: 00pm - 3: 15pm Children 6y-15y.

We also offer workshops for community groups, birthday parties, private functions, cross-training, and other events.

[Trampoline Fun & Fitness]
Tuesday: 6: 30pm - 7: 30pm.

Group sessions run at FlipOut Mitchell, supporting Mum's Exercise Group Australia [MEGA] .
Sessions cover trampoline basics, general fitness, core workouts, active games, etc. Designed to be fun and active.

Parkour Info:
The aim of Parkour is to be swift, efficient and helpful to yourself and those around you. We do this by training ourselves to be strong in mind and body. It's all about getting where you want to go quickly, while being efficient with your energy expenditure, so that you can stay moving and get to your destination safely.
Classes are taught with fun and safety in mind, and will usually involve: body weight exercises, running, vaulting, climbing, jumping and landing, strength and conditioning, rolling, stretching and games.
