Appalling service. Waited for half an hour for food that never arrived while 3 tables that ordered after us received theirs. Meanwhile, the table next to us, uncleared when we arrived, remained so for 20 mins after we sat down while a vapid teenager walked around rearramging table numbers. Don't bother. Rashay's over the road does great churros with Nutella dipping sauce and serve quick off the mark.

Did you know that with an hour and a half left before close apparently you aren't able to sit in half of the god damn restaurant. The manager that was serving was rude and slow. We got seats in the 'open' half of the restaurant and within five minutes of sitting down there were plenty of people where we were unable to sit so obviously these rules are only for some??

Alright food, bad service. Takes a long time to get your food, but even longer tp get your drinks.
Food is always eaten way before any signs of drinks.
Even when it is not busy, it is slow

This was by far the worst experience I've had in terms of customer service!
We were sitting there waiting for service for over 30 minutes, after deciding enough was enough I asked one of the staff members. The Asian girl with red hair to be precise.
She laughed in my face saying we haven't done sit down service for a year then continued on.
So one. Why is there a menu at the front to say wait till be seated
Two, there is no where at all saying to come to the front and order.
Three, even if this is all the case, the fact that this lady laughed in my face from such a simple question was the last straw.
We will never go back!

It does churros and chocolate at slightly inflated prices. Not amazing, but not bad either.

Been here a few times. Only as I was desperate for coffee. Coffee is so so. Customer service is poor. Service staff rarely smile or treat customers warmly and for some reason, the tables are sticky, and dirty. Even when it isnt busy, the staff seem to focus on work that aren't priority.

Great staff and environment, a little pricey for what you get but for a treat, totally worth it. :)

Lovely place if you're after a decadent treat. The white chocolate sauce is sinfully delicious. Great for families.

We went for dessert on Friday evening 16 December 2016. We won't be going back!! Seemed understaffed and unenthusiastic for starters. Slow to take orders and there were only four tables taken at that stage! We witnessed orders placed on serving counter but not taken to tables. Due to timing some melting of ice cream occurred and a churros fell out onto the counter. When the dessert was taken to the table the waitress just picked up the churros and poked it back in and took it to the table. Thankfully it was not ours!?! Orders appeared to be processed VERY slowly as the tables began to fill. The sundaes had minuscule scoops of icecream, maximum fudge and cream overload and were so sickly sweet we couldn't finish them. The cake that was supposed to be molten was warmish. The sundaes were melted before we could find the ice-cream. The menu didn't say one sundae had cream so we chose that option but it was covered in it and the recipient doesn't eat it!! The staff did offer to remedy it but it had taken so long to get this far we just accepted it and removed the cream ourselves. The experience was unimpressive, memorable for the WRONG reasons and expensive! On leaving I tactfully expressed my opinion of our experience and received a throw away apology. Not happy Jan!!!
