Average service. I have dealt with them for over 4 years in our business and they monitored several sites. Would get calls after 10pm advising that a site hasn't been armed even when we told them we were having technical issues and not to call (went on for over a week, no internal communications). When we decided to change to another security company they made the process very difficult, said the installer codes were their own 'intellectual property' causing the new security company to visit the sites and factory reset the units or Security1 could decommission the sites at a huge cost. Wouldn't provide GPRS serial numbers to give to new security company.
Overall, average service when everything is working. Poor service should you request anything. Totally unpleasant to deal with when leaving.

I have just had an alarm installed by these guys went in on time and did
what they said they would they even clean up after them selfs. A good
experience all round
