Seth is an honest, friendly, and passionate individual, with life experiences that provide a true, lasting appreciation of the benefits and importance of health and fitness.

Seth is a highly experienced health and fitness coach, with a varied skill set focusing on:
- Injury reduction and management
- Exercise for clients with a physical disability
- Exercise for clients with serious metabolic conditions
- Exercise programming for children
He is also a seasoned combat sports coach and self-defence instructor with over eight years of experience and a working knowledge of:
- Boxing
- Muay-Thai /Kickboxing
- Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Mixed Martial Arts
He regularly trains individual clients and runs group fitness sessions with an aim to increase quality of life whilst building community participation.
Currently, Seth is also assisting the AIS's Personal Excellence program, aimed at monitoring and supporting the emotional welfare and sporting success of in-residence athletes.
