I needed certain documents. Was warmly received, efficiently assisted and came away smiling.

Same experience as previous reviewers. The lady on the phone is unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Australia Post does not get a "delivered" notice as it's sent to a collection point for government departments. The lady behind the phone insists you just look online to see if it's been delivered. When I insisted they don't do that, she forwarded me to an unmanned number to fob me off. Dear SA commission in Canberra, please replace the lady on the phone. Thanks.

The woman who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. My advice to anyone calling in to try a different way of communicating! I am shocked to the core with how rude she was!

What an exceptionally rude lady! The lady who I spoke to last week on behalf of my partner at the High Commission was so rude that it absolutely appalling - Theresa is her name for those of you who happen to speak to her. From the sounds of it and from what I have heard from others this person treats everyone with contempt and disgrace over the phone.
