Star Car Wash

Got my car for cleaning today. Job has not been done properly. I didnt check coz i they at least it would be decent.
leather has spray marks everywhere, not even wiped properly.dust all over dash and finger marks on all 4 doors. Car was in for hand wax....it looks like it has been sprayed and chamios dry only....tiny bird poo marks still left on car...usless for
150 dollars..dont go there...I have worked in car wash before, i know how it works. This is 0 value for money. Dont waste your money here.

I was hesitant after seeing the reviews, but had already made my booking online. No fuss, quick to drop my car off, received a text when complete within an hour. No fuss to pick it up and I had paid online. Great job and polite staff.

This is the 3rd time I have used this car wash (should have learnt the first time). Every time they have not sufficiently vacuumed my car & did not wipe down the dash or any of the console. I asked for the 'star polish' $95.00 so I expected the car to be vaccumed enough that it does not look like it did before the clean. Would not recommend, don't waste your money!

Car wash and wax on 8 Dec/ paid over $100 / average customer service / average quality of work / will not recommend or use them again.

How bad can you get; rude, aggressive, and wanted $40 extra because the car was 'too dirty'. Go elsewhere

Paid $55 for a platinum wash and it looked like nothing had been done, dust all over the dash and looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. Exterior of the car was in the same condition as it was when I put the car into be washed. Took them two hours and did absolutely nothing.

In August, whilst shopping at the outlet centre, a friend and myself returned to my vehicle in the car park underground only to be threatened with violence and physical damage to my vehicle by an employee of star car wash. His words were 'the next time you park in our space, I will slash your tyres'.

I had made a genuine mistake, parking in the star car wash parking space (poorly signed). As I was leaving, the employee who had very poor English was banging on my bonnet and windscreen, threatening me with a metal pole and using obscene language. I was terrified and concerned with my safety. Lucky I got out. Indeed, I believe no one should use this service- the staff are very violent and threatening.

Avoid at all cost. I had children in the car and they were upset and terrified. I'm only just getting over this and need you to know about this.

Scratched my brand new paint job and put swirl marks all over my car. Management wont assist at all

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. We had our in-window antanae damaged by them. They used a cleaning product on the inside of the window against recommendations in our manual. I have been quoted $1500 to repair as the whole window has to be replaced. When I rang Star Car Wash to explain our situation and to tell them to please be aware of this in the future, the manager denied responsibility and did not even offer a refund of our $. Very unprofessional. DON'T GO THERE.

Just horrible, miswrote the phone number so struggled to prove it was our car. Initially didnt want to guve it to us . Then we had asked for the $55 wash we were charged $65 because we should have known the minivan was a 4WD (not 4WD but I guess we were supposed to know. ) . Car parked in a way that I could not get in.

Scratched the back bumper on my car during the wash with no explanation! As everyone else said the upsell tactics are just annoying.

It would be nice if any of the STAR car washes could actually clean a car properly!

Average clean on the interior. Extiror was goodd. Certainly not worth the 180.

Used them twice, both times they refused to do the wash for the advertised price. Car was not clean dispite the upsell. Really bad job.

Outside was cleaned beautifully and staff were nice. Unfortunately when I opened the boot and the back doors when I got home, there was still a bunch of dog hair spread through the interior.

Very poor service.
