The staff are so helpful with the right advice for your level. The best part is the after sales service, they're always happy to adjust skis, boots and products. Highly recommend these guys!

I have bought ski gear for my entire family at Straight-Line over a number of years. However, last week I had appalling customer service and was treated rudely by two staff members in particular. I even told the staff members that I was a regular customer, in an attempt to provide them with a not so subtle hint that they should care about my returning business. However, they couldn't care less and seemed more determined to continue with their bad attitude. The guys serving me were too cool to care. I definitely won't be going back. I decided to go to the Belconnen ski shop as an alternative and was pleasantly surprised. They had much better quality equipment and did whatever they could to ensure I was happy with my purchases. Thumbs down to Straight-line - perhaps staff training on the depth of meaning of "customer service" would be helpful. Oh and BTW, thumbs up to Belconnen Ski Shop!

Great customer service throughout the whole experience. Came in late on a Wednesday after work and relatively close to closing time to look at ski boots. Although (as I found out) normally something that requires a booking, the staff were more than happy to fit me in and size me for boots, including an assessment of skiing style and body ergonomics.
Once the 3 pairs of suitable boots had been identified and fitted, the staff were patient whilst I decided the best style and feel.
At this stage, even with the store being past closing time, I was offered to have the boots put through the heat moulding process on the spot (an additional half an hour further past closing time!).
Through the whole process I was welcomed and any questions I had regarding the boots themselves or skiing in general were met warmly.
I couldn't recommend Straight Line more for any skiing product related matter! They even offer a great hire selection!

Absolutely DISMAL customer service. I went in asking about a full face snorkeling mask only to be ridiculed and given 300 reasons why they're a bad idea, dangerous etc etc. Only to find out they were only selling Chinese knockoff ones for $199. Worst customer experience of my life!!!!

Awesome staff, very friendly. Sorted me out with the correct equipment, extremely fast. Thanks!!! Definitely recommend.
