Subway

Their new Lamb Rosemary sub is 1000 miles away from what is shown on the photos. Very bad filling. May be i have been served at wrong time from wrong person. Time Sat 1st Oct 3PM 2017.

Terrible service

The service was terrible. Coughed around food, didn't care about customers food requirements and was very slow. I probably wouldnt go there again

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT DISCUSTING SMELL!

Really bad. Ordered latte, expressly said 'ordinary milk not skim, no sugar'. Tastes like rubbish. Very sweet. Took back to counter and was told they cannot make a latte except with skim milk powder! It's revolting el cheapo skim milk powder and is undrinkable. Said I couldn't drink it. No refund offered. Just told 'Sorry. That is the new model.' Very polite but it's not what I ordered and I've thrown away $2.70 on dishwater.

Luck of the draw sometimes here, all comes down to the staff member present at the time, especially on the weekend. Doesn't seem to be much supervision and always short staffed. Happened to have a great staff member last visit - love the Subway Melt which they don't seem to advertise anymore but they'll still make.

It's a sandwich! 🌯🍞Who doesn't love sandwiches! !?? Lots of ingredients to choose from. The staff are helpful and extremely patient as people stand umm-ing and ahh-ing at the menu for minutes. Tonight a lovely lady named Emily was very patient and kind as my young daughter took her time picking out what she wanted. They were extremely delicious and very well made. The kids put 2 thumbs up! 👍👍thank you

Great staff and great service

I really enjoyed the food at sybway casey but I really think it was unnecessary to play hip hop where they are swearing the whole time while my 3 year old is sitting next to me and other children in the store. Please don't let the employees play there own music because this is the second time happening.

Subs made poorly, undertoasted and cold

Unfortunately this is the only subway near my work. Bad service, stingy on the salads - i hate it everytime im forced to come here.

Worst Subway I have ever had. Bread was cold, wasn't toasted long enough, barely got any meat, cheese or vegetables. I will choosing something else next time I'm at the Woden food court.

These Subway places deliberately waft rancid meat smell into nearby areas in the belief that it will make us hungry. The smell of formaldehyde and "recovered meat" makes me ill and certainly does not smell 'fresh'.
And why are you sending your dollars to America? So you hate Australia?

Awesome staff, I grab lunch here regularly and they always make great subs.
