Staff are helpful and know what they're talking about. Prices are competitive with other auto stores and often cheaper.

I had a issue with my front light of my car. The first shop I went for a fix cheated and at the end did not do anything.
I went to "Supercheap" they were very friendly and helpful and fix the light .

Large, clean, new store with the disinterested zombie staff found in SCA stores nationwide. Parking is unreliable mess.

Staff not really helpful have to look for them and can come across to be rude. Tools are not together in departments. Prices can be alright. Only go back as they give me a 10% discount Card.

Reasonably friendly staff that are helpful, but they don't go out of their way to help you or see if you need assistance you have to go to them and even then some of the staff members are reluctant to assist.

Reasonably priced auto parts store, this one on the same site as a rival store, to keep both honest perhaps?

Finally a car parts place where it's easy to find staff & staff who actually sound like they know what they are on about. Huge store, good staff, parking was a breeze. Happy customer... hope the car runs better now...

Was walking around looking to find parts when a lovely young lady (wish I could remember her name) asked if I needed help and took me to the parts I needed and confirmed I had the right ones. Nothing was a problem as she knew where to look.
I was very happy with her efforts

The staff here are polite and friendly as well as being knowledgeable about their products. But just as important is that I can usually get what I need and at a great price.

Found what I needed but staff weren't too helpful. Asked for a product behind a locked rack and it seemed like an inconvenience to them.

I went to visit this store on opening day, and the guy at this store was amazing! I went to buy some carwash, and he patiently explained all the options to me and helped me make a great purchase!

Great store but watch the price variations between here and NSW which is usually cheaper. You have to join their loyalty program - the very best and great value.

I dont write many reviews, but due credit where credit is due.

The fellow (with the cool looking eyebrow!) knew his stuff. Answered all my questions and then some, and eased my selection of the best engine oil for my car.

Wide selection of stock, most available, with specials clearly highlighted which also helped.

The person at the till also seemed eager to help the customer he was serving.

Will definitely be back in future although it is not my closest car supply store.
