Swimart Belconnen

While Paul & Noi are doing a great job at Swimart Belconnen, the rest of the staff are highly questionable. In particular I would like action to be taken against Kerry's aggressive and condescending behaviour that is maligning this company. On more than one occasion Kerry has refused to organise a service for my pool despite an ongoing monthly contract.

Noi and her staff are great. Love coming here for a water test and information. Good product range and comparative prices. Always willing to go above and beyond.

For a very ordinary pool service, Swimart Belconnen sent me an invoice for $249. Ironically, the pool needed to be cleaned because their highly recommended pool cleaner machine with 5 years warrantee and the most expensive one didn’t work at all. I was rather expecting a free service. Anyway, the service day was booked but no one turned up on the day, up on a phone enquiry I was given an excuse that they didn’t have anyone at that time and the next would be a week after. Finally when a person was sent the next week, he did very ordinary job. My first impression was: since the service was free because of their product failure I shouldn’t expect more but shocked when I got the bill.

Although I am a new pool owner, I had my pool service done few times and I knew how it works and how much the bill should be. I always paid less than $100 for servicing our pool. Upon enquiry why the bill is so high I was threatened by the owner that if the invoice of $249 was not paid it would be taken to debt collector.

My wife made me pay the bill because she didn’t want any conflict for that amount but I am satisfied that the Swimmart Belconnen has lost a genuine and potential regular customer like us.

I'll never recommend anyone to this store!!

Nothing but trouble. Glad to be done with them. Just go elsewhere.

Nice staff but very poor service. They do not answer phones and never call when they are coming over.
