I buy my Chemicals at BUNNINGS and Save..but swimart give me a free test..what service....

Poor service. Booked an appointment for someone to look at our pool, was given a 2 hour window later in the week and nobody arrived. Called the office and they say the worker has been sick this week and started late today. I don't think this is my problem. Why couldn't they call and tell me this? ? Their excuse was that he "jobs" are given to workers and they don't keep track of them. Not good enough. I'm not an unreasonable person, I just feel it is extremely poor service to not keep your appointment with your customers regardless of who you have "given the job to". Will not be recommending this business to anyone.
