1. Aims and objectives – what are the big picture items that the club would like to achieve by being in existence?

- Gathering all Thai students who study at the University of Canberra
- Providing support to Thai students who need help or assistance
- Creating strong relationship within Thai students in the club and between the club and others from other associations, such as Australian National University Thai Association (ANUTA) and other clubs or associations from different nations
- Hosting and interacting with events outside or /and inside the area of the University of Canberra.
- Cooperating with the Royal Thai Embassy
2. When – When will things happen within the club?
- How often will executive meetings take place?
+ Twice a month, (every second week of each month and a week at the end of each month)
- Dates /frequency of events
+ Harmony Day (at the end of March every year)
+ Sonkgrand: Thailand New Year (13 April every year)
+ Mother Day (12 of August every year)
+ Samanmittra Interstate Sport (at the end of September every year)
+ Father Day (5 December every year)
+ Week Zero (at the beginning of every semester)
+ Welcome Meeting for new Thai students at UC (various)

5. What – expand of each aim /objective detailing steps to be taken to achieve them

- Gathering all Thai students who study at the University of Canberra
+ By Cooperating with University of Canberra agency and Office of Educational Affairs Royal Thai Embassy to obtain new coming students from Thailand
+ Contact those new students from Thailand
+ Arrange a date for a club meeting to introduce new students from Thailand

- Providing support to Thai students who need help or assistance
+ Providing first hand contact details and help for all
+ Providing emergency, security, medical and key contacts
+ Arrange time for new Thai students to get to know important information related to Canberra and Australia, (i. e. catching buses, taxi, Australian history and university life at the University of Canberra)
+ Support those who participate in events, competitions and contests (i. e. 3- Minute Speech Contest at the University of Canberra, Building 25)

- Creating strong relationship within Thai students in the club and between the club and others from other associations, such as Australian National University Thai Association (ANUTA) and other clubs or associations from different nations

+ Arrange time for all to get involved in sports, ranging from badminton, soccer, basketball, fitness and etc.
+ Arrange time for all to have lunch or dinner together + Inviting club members for activities to support Australia economy such as BBQ, Paintball, Travel and etc.
+ Cooperating with other associations about what campaign can be done together for the good of society
+ Hosting or interacting sport events which allowed other associations to get involved (i. e. Multi Cultural Outdoor Soccer Competition)

- Hosting and interacting with events outside or /and inside the University of Canberra.
+ Inviting all club members to participate in events hosted in the area of the University of Canberra such as UC Life events,
Stone Fest, Harmony Day, O’ Week and etc.
+ Inviting all club members to get involved with other interesting events outside the University of Canberra such as Multi Cultural, Floriade and event at the Exhibition Park Canberra.

- Cooperating with the Royal Thai Embassy
+ Informing club members important information obtained from the Royal Thai Embassy
+ Getting club members involved in the Royal Thai Embassy events such as Thailand New Year, Thai Food Fair, Father and Mother Days.

6. Advantages of having such a society on campus, i. e. links to University /faculty’s aims /objectives or other identified needs

- Advantages
+ Supporting Thai students who study at the University of Canberra by the club will ensure that those students will get assisted with suggestions related to their life in Canberra and education. This leads to more successful students who are from Thailand and choose to study at the University of Canberra
+ Educating all the club members to get to know how to work and cooperate with others effectively. This leads to the more educated and experienced quality students.
+ Creating positive relationship between Thai, Australian and other students from other countries. This could be a hand to reduce the racism issues within the society
