Ask for skim milk cappuccino and the young guy mixed all the left over milk from two other jugs into one. When I asked was it all skim he said yes it was but 20 mins later I was sick. If you ask for skim then that is what you should get. Three staff members were standing around talking and neglecting to take coffee to the patrons at the table. Some of the customers must have got cold coffee

Why do the staff not have any sense of urgency whatsoever??? Why should it take over 15 mins to get a takeaway coffee? It never changes either.. I've stupidly waited long periods of time on multiple occassions (thinking it might get better) and it's always the same zombie looks from every single staff member moving at a snails pace.

Hopeless service. Two coffees and 1 slice of banana bread. Banana bread was served after 5 minutes....still waiting for the coffees..How hard is it to serve them at the same time? Very slow..and not the first time I have complained about this shop....Oh..and have a supply of mugs big enough to meet demand..I prefer my coffee in a proper mug..not the take away variety.

Good Food, friendly staff rather over priced

Having to firstly ask to have our table cleaned after the previous patrons. Table was filthy to have a surly waitress half ass clean it. Waiting for ages for mediocre food and cold coffee. Not happy. Oh and waiting for staff to finish chatting about weekend plans to get served. What is happening to customer service.

Took a long time for an inedible breakfast. We had avo and fetta with a poached egg. The egg was undercooked and snotty and there was so much salt on the rocket and avo that it was inedible. I like salty food but this was a metric shite ton of salt. Maybe the lid came off the shaker? No, my partner's was exactly the same. We walked, never to return.

Good food reasonably priced, however often have to wait a long time.

Went to the Coffee Club in the Gunner with the team, the staff over there is so nice and friendly. The food and coffee are awesome. Definitely introduce friends to visit this shop. Worth it.

We love it, the good place to go and eat, very friendly staff. We are all very impressed how good value the place is far better than the other eating place such as G-Tree, Cafe Cherry something.

Today, we gave a try in this Coffee Club, we are surprise their food services are bloody absolutely outstanding. Although they are really busy, their staff are still really friendly to all the customers with smile, we enjoy there and will keep going there. Highly recommended to everyone.

Just waited 20mins for two takeaway Cappuccinos. It was busy but they need to compete with other cafe's that can do a much better job and make a nicer coffee. That will be my last visit. I'll stick with Gtree

Service was erratic....
Charged over $50 for 2 breakfast options. Portion size was disappointing considering the price, we left hungry.
Coffee was ordinary, to say the least....

The service poor. I ordered coffee and two slices of cake. It took over 20 minutes, the food had not been prepared as they had run out of containers to store the food and the order got misplaced. Another 10 minutes went by before receiving the food and coffee. The quality was okay.

It's a convenient place to grab coffee. The food is ok, and the service is ok.

Of all the Coffee Clubs Majura Park has just gotten worse and worse over the years. Bitter Luke warm coffee, dry cakes, soggy scones with watery whipped cream and packet jam, all at premium prices. Don't waste your money, this place needs a huge overhaul.

Had to show the menu to our server to get her to bring the icecream and bacon that we had paid for that was included with the french toast. "It only comes with the bread." She came across as quite annoyed.

Servers seemed to be very stressed, even when the cafe wasn't very busy. Atmosphere for the staff was tense, people seemed to be annoyed with each other and the cook had to step out of the kitchen to serve tables the food himself. I don't know what was happening that day, but it was a marked difference from our last visit. Don't think we'll be back for a while.

Have never had to wait so long for a coffee before. Ended up getting it in takeaway. Disgusting service.

The manager Carol is rude, inefficient and ineffective. The place is disorganised and staff are also rude. The quality of the food and coffee very substandard. I quit working there after all of 16 hours and so have some insight on how poorly things were run. I was shocked at the poor quality of food and the utter incompetence of the staff and manager. The hot chocolate is very bland and the barista often burns the coffee. There was at least one instance of customers asking for a refund each time I worked my shift. On another note, they do not pay superannuation to their staff. So I would strongly recommend not going to the CC especially the one in Majura.

Absolutely disappointed. Not only was my coffee burned, they lost my order and then refused to provide a refund and apology. Not going back again.

Service is very slow. Over 1/2 hour wait for lunch. Coffee was weak.

This place is a stitch up. My $7.40 thickshake took 15 minutes to come out and it wasn't even thick, let alone satisfactory. The waiter the gave us the drinks didn't even say if our food was coming, he didn't even know we had food. The food came out 10 minutes later, and we were disappointed about the potions, wasn't good value for money. The staff were rude compared to other cafes and their service is extremely slow. I would rather go to McDonalds for lunch...

The coffee club canberra outlet centre is awful we waited 10 minutes for our coffees and milkshakes then they gave the milkshake out but that Asian woman didn’t know what Coffee we wanted than we waited another 10 minutes they said sorry but 5 minutes later they turned off the lights and we were just sitting there so after they turned off the lights we just left horrible service from this place never coming back off to somewhere else we’ll be going! so much better When they were up the other end where Harris scarfe is now.

I have worked for the coffee club in the Canberra outlet centre (DFO) for a little over a year now and recently ended my employment due to having a baby. These people are DODGEY!!
I have not received any pay slips from the time I was working there and I have not received my group certificate either. I cannot even lodge my tax return, nor can I estimate what my tax would be because I don't have my payslips. I have asked multiple times throughout my employment and after to fix these problems. I was constantly given pathetic excuses and still continue to get them every time I ask. They have not lodged my payment summary with the Australian taxation office either. On occasions I was not paid correctly and I was DISCRIMINATED against for being pregnant.
The food and drinks are also not prepared to Australian food health and safety standard.
They are not supporting Australias economy and they think they can get away with this. DONT support a business that EVADES TAX and DISCRIMINATES

We've been to a number of Coffee Clubs before & although their not great value for money generally the staff are friendly & food/drinks pleasant. However, this one had terrible service. We ordered one meal & 2 mango frappes and when only one was brought out they wanted us to come up and pay for it once our meal arrived. Even though the server repeated our order back correctly. We ended up sending our frappe back anyway because it wasn't blended properly, just a disappointing experience. Will go somewhere else next time for sure.

Great place for a drink during shopping. I like their smoothie.

Food was terrible not to mention over priced and wait staff are incompetent. Plus the chef can obviously not cook. And get some enthusiastic staff who greet customers nicely and speaking English would be a plus. Overall terrible experience
