The Crêpe Café

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been here as a regular customer for a while because it’s near my house. The food was ok but this morning when I took my girlfriend there for breakfast, I was really upset and disappointed about this cafe. Firstly the girl at the counter didnt even greet and look at me when I approached her to make the order. Next, I later asked for just a take-away coffee cup to take the leftover coffee home, the woman (who got the pink hair) became upset and yelled at me ‘we are busy...’ and ignored me. Not done yet, my girlfriend forgot her hat on the chair after we left, a few minutes later I came back and asked the girl at the counter if she saw any hat that had been forgotten at my table and she replied ‘No, sorry’ but when my gf came back in the afternoon to find her hat and she found it inside the cafe. What a day huh! I will never ever come back to this place. And remember without customers coming to your cafe, your business will be gone soon. There are so many cafes nearby to choose anyway.

Absolutely terrible Basic ham and cheese toasty has pizza ham on it so bad!

I always come here. The food is good and affordable.

Says you close at 4pm today but got told kitchen is closed at 3:40.

I give them -5 stars, I don't recommend.

Our order got forgotten in Wesrfield Belconnen. After waiting half an hour, we got our money back with an excuse about the computer system and a very poor apology.

I used $18 of a $30 voucher because my daughter wasn't that hungry and they wouldn't let her use the remaining voucher for a drink. Voucher cost me $15. Minus petrol from Tuggeranong = saving of zero $. Food was good, but that turned me off. Won't be back.
