The London Burgers And Beers

Foods nice but its been over thirty minutes for a burger. Im still waiting and its not busy.. Really reduces the experience for me

Good burgers, good ok. Happy to have a beer with the meal. But the sitting arrangement wasn't very cosy. It felt like a fast food store.

Only beef burgers are juicy...the chicken burgers are dry, the fish burger is weird. The chips are better than onion rings. Too pricy for the fuss.

I had the fried chicken burger. The bun was dry and not very nice. The filling had good flavour. We were asked if we would like feta with the salad and aioli but weren't told that they were extras and would cost extra.

Waited nearly an hour for five burgers when there was only one other group in the restaurant. Last thing to come out was my 7 year old's chips after 55 minutes. Seriously? My steak burger was almost cold and the onion rings were almost burnt. Saw kitchen staff member sitting around looking at his phone while we were waiting. London used to be good but this was a shocker.

Great burgers but losses four stars for using Styrofoam packaging, that even MacDonalds phased out many years ago - for good reason. Back to five stars when fixed.

I have been to this restaurant twice with family and have tried various items off the menu, between us. The service is friendly and the food and portions aren't bad at all. However it misses that WOW factor, but if you have not tried this place, please do so.

Great burgers - why don't I come here more often? Good service and a good selection of beers. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic food, drinks and customer service and always consistent.
I've been many times and have never been let down.
