The Yoga Equation Description
Ellie is a freelance yogi and owner of The Yoga Equation, who believes that Yoga gives us the formula to live a meaningful life and all we have to do is follow it.
A red haired, lemon meringue pie loving, business professional by day and yoga teacher by night; she is the real deal! Having lived and worked across Australia and the world, she is finally gathering some moss returning to Melbourne.
Once a student of vinyasa, ashtanga, Iyengar and Bikram styles for the past 5 years, she has found her groove in teaching a mindful Power Flow and soothing Yin. Her mix of fun and fierce, yin and yang, flow and slow has developed her classes into unique centers of movement and mindfulness, suitable for all levels.
You can expect uplifting tunes, simple instructions and thematic sequences with enough space so you can explore your relationship to mind, body and breath. Ellie will leave you smiling from the inside out!
