1st time visit - found cheaper prices than other businesses also friendly staff

Specialises in Pirelli and was able to order the tyre size i needed when other places failed. Friendly crowd. But.... Wasnt happy about the dint in my car panel.. Not huge but i know every tiny but of my car ..know instantly when a new spot appears and hate panel dings from lack of care. Won't be bringing the Mercedes here sadly.

Again fantastic service and great price. Have used these guys before many times and will again!

I first visited the lads at Transtate Queanbeyan about 15 months ago. My car was playing up badly and I needed help. They were booked solid with work, but took the car for a spin anyway and diagnosed the problem immediately. The car is 23 years old and managed to source the rare part from a wrecker. The part arrived and was faulty. They managed to resurrect the original part, (an air flow sensor) and charged me less than an hours labour for all this hassle.
Recently had new rotors, pads, and bearings installed (plus new tyres fitted at bargain prices), and again customer service was paramount to them, and I was very happy with the final invoice amount.
Also had another niggling (over 9 months) occasional start gremlin with the car that suddenly became chronic over the Christmas break. NRMA arrived 5 times in 2 weeks to diagnose, but failed to diagnose it.

Long story short, Transtate diagnosed the start problem, and I wasn't charged for their time for finding the issue.

I highly recommend them to anyone after anyone after fantastic customer service, and great tyre deals.
