I was really impressed by Trinity until things went wrong. Hope Westbury, a financial strategist at Trilogy had told me to cancel all other home loan applications I had because she would have a response for me in 2 business days. I followed her advise. The next week she told me that she wouldn't be able to submit my application, leaving me without pre-approval on auction day. Not impressed.

I had an issue where the bank created an account, I could see the account on internet banking, but I couldn’t use it. I called the bank and they said to go into a branch. I didn’t have the time or convenience of taking time off work and traveling to a branch. I called the branch I was supposed to visit and they said that the signature wasn’t accepted on the application. I called Natasha from Trilogy Funding and she fixed it all up for me. Phew!
