I've had only positive interactions with reception, always helpful.

First time, I got into my appointment for them to tell me that they have to reschedule, they rescheduled me for next available date and here I am waiting for an hour because people at reception didn't told the dr I was here.

Very poorly organized and all appointments are late and never on time.

The practice does want to improve or may be they don't care give the constant and similar review with no improvement.

Wish I could give it a negative star rating.

Wouldnt recommend this clinic at all, some of the doctors dont even act like they care about you or their jobs the way they act. They never call you when your test results come in and on top of that they make you wait 30mins to an hour. Lets just say ive been here 4 times and spent about 2 hours waiting.

Good experience with the team at the reception. Waiting times can be an issue sometimes but I appreciate that they still try to accommodate clients who may run a little late for unavoidable circumstances. I've had consultations with Dr. Ziaee and Dr. Canlas. They are excellent practitioners, they take time to listen and make sure your concerns are explored and addressed appropriately.

Dr Imad knows his stuff and takes time to be thorough. Appointments schedule runs smoothly

They regularly cancel booked appointments without notifying you. They use the lie "we tried to phone you but your phone was switched off".

I found the staff, both Medical and administrative, to be friendly, efficient and professional.
My first appointment was cancelled by Tristar with only 1 hour 20 - mins notice. I was then offered an appointment the next day which started a little late (25 mins), but this was due to the need for a Doctor and a Nurse to be in attendance.
All-in-all, I was happy with my experience and would recommend the services of Tristar in Bruce.
NOTE: Based only other reviews, I asked not to see Dr Choudary. My Doctor was Dr Hassanin. My apologies for any spelling errors with these names.

made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour, when finly got see the doc he wants me out of his cabin after 2 minutes, I was just a number to him more number he see more money he will make, poor doc just trying to pay of his mension house, make no mistake Tristan is bussness to make money, and the doc are on just 457 visa, better go to Ginniderra Medical Centre unless you want panadol then Tristan is the best palace for it, good luck make your own mind and share the experience with us.
