I paid a lot to have my scans done here, but the report was wrong. I and my GP were very worried by the report, but fortunately when I went to the specialist he said the report was incorrect. One of the most stressful periods of my life

Was easy to book the appointment and the CT scans were done promptly. The staff are friendly and professional. Reports were given in a cd son after the scans were done with copies sent to my doctor.
Easy to park close to the facility in Kingston on a weekday.

I have been having various types of scans since the 80s (was an injury-prone athlete). I went to UMI at Kingston Forshore for an ultrasound, and when they found something, they put me straight in for a CAT scan. the radiographers and the doctor were seriously impressive. I have never encountered such engaged and focussed radiology people. I'm needle phobic and the CAT scan guy was brilliant... didn't feel the needle go in. I recommend this practice unreservedly. They were fantastic.

excellent service and a professional outfit

I have tried booking today and it was a nightmare with the receptionist asking me in a way of being tortured in court. I would prefer to get back to my GP and get another request with NCDI which I always used before and have never been grilled like today with UMI. I am a paying client and I don't deserve that kind of interrogation from a receptionist.

I have used this practice three times and each time I was attended to on time, explained the procedures and estimated times and correctly quoted any out of pocket expenses. Additionally the Kingston practice had headphones with the radio when I had my MRI, which took my mind off the procedure. I also only had to wait less than 5 minutes after the scan to get my films. My only negative is that the Calvary site waiting room is a tad small and can get squishy when people want to take the whole family with them to wait HINT DONT TAKE YOUR WHOLE FAMILY TO YOUR MRI APPOINTMENT!!!!

They need to train their receptionist to be more patient oriented. Receptionist was rude. She was rude on the phone when i made an appointment and rude when i came in for my scheduled appointment. She wasn’t nice at all. No care for patients or better yet just a warm atmosphere to make you feel your been taken cared of. As if she doesn’t want to be there. It shows in her face and tone of her voice.
I canceled my appointment and not coming back.

Had my dating scan here, everyone was very nice & professional!
We parked at the back entrance (coming in from Bunnings car park) & managed to find covered free parking right in front of their back door.
Super convenient.
