Vfs Global - Canberra

Very poor customer service.. Doesn't matter how good is VFS rules but if you don't have friendly staff than you are ZERO. Totally upset

Pathetic service to say the least. Lost my entire family's passports and cannot locate our visa application. Due to this, we are unable to travel with a huge $$$ effect.

I had issues with my application, it was returned back to me wrongly and I was very frustrated. Out of frustration, I had sent a message to VFS on their FB page and the message was very indecent and abusive. However, this not stop VFS to pass the message to concerned person. The next day, in morning hours I received a call from Kaushal, he was very patient with me and allowed me to explain my concern, also assisted me where he could. I give 5 stars to VFS for not ignoring my complain and also Kaushal for his professionalism and attitude towards his clients.

Many people say that India is the world's largest bureaucracy. If that is the case, VFS Global provides an apt introduction. This is the place to go for excruciating inefficiency.
