The theme of today was balance, and this beam was particularly tricky, including jumping over bricks, limbo-ing under the bar and hoop diving.

Turns out sometimes the drills are too easy, because kids just spontaneously decide to make it more challenging... (this was supposed to be both feet on the vault and both hands on the ground. But Oscar found it way too easy...💪)

Our general classes focus on lots of different skills over the term. Here's a little bit of aerials during a Kick-Ups class. It only serves as an introduction, but if anyone really likes it, you can choose to do an aerial specific (or a specialty) class and do this all the time.

Last week we were invited to attend a "Post School Options Forum" at The Woden School and give a presentation about our special needs programs. This was a great event for people with various (levels of) disabilities, where they could learn about what is available for them.

We are delighted to announce another 🤸 Handstand Workshop 🤸, this time by absolutely stunning Shani Stephens - Circus Artist (check out her Instagram @shani_elise ) Please enrol by commenting here or email marketing@warehousecircus.org.au. This is open to anyone who is motivated to work on their handstands, but as always, students with prior experience will benefit this much more. Recommended age 12 and up.

Especially with the younger kids, we try to be very playful and sneak in good 💪 strength / coordination drills without them knowing. Today we were working on our cartwheels 🤸 - so we got them to build their own creation and jump over it (more motivation not kick it over)...

We're very excited to announce that Circus Oz 🎪 is sending two of their amazing performers and coaches 🤸 to our Thursday Adult Specialty class to do a manipulations workshop🤹. If you're not yet enrolled in that class, now's your time! ⏰ 6:10pm - 8:40pm at Kaleen High School.

Warehouse Circus provide circus classes for children and adults. They have great trainers and facilities in Chifley and Kaleen.
